ICH publishes its governing body meeting agendas in advance, and the minutes and reports of meetings soon afterwards as part of our transparency commitment to share the key topics under discussion and summarise the main decisions taken at each meeting.

ICH Assembly meeting documentation also includes a report on the main decisions taken by the ICH MedDRA Management Committee and a summary of the progress made by each technical working group that is meeting in parallel, including expected timeframes for reaching Step 2b / Step 4 of the ICH process for guidelines under development or revision.

ICH Management Committee (MC) meeting minutes and summary reports of teleconferences include decisions taken as part of MC responsibilities for oversight of ICH operational aspects, including administrative and financial matters and oversight of ICH working groups.
