ICH Assembly
Brings together all Members and Observers of the ICH Association as the overarching governing body of ICH.

Oversees the operational aspects of ICH on behalf of all Members, including administrative and financial matters, and oversight of ICH Working Groups.
ICH Secretariat
Is responsible for day-to-day management of ICH, coordinating ICH activities and providing support to the Assembly, Management Committee and Working Groups.
ICH Coordinators
Represent ICH Members as primary contact points with the Secretariat and Working Groups, responsible for communication and coordination within their respective organisations.
MedDRA Steering Committee
Responsible for the operational aspects of MedDRA, the ICH standardised medical terminology for safety monitoring and reporting.
ICH Working Groups
Designated groups of scientific experts that develop, revise or implement ICH harmonised technical guidelines.
