This case example is a companion to the ICH E11A guideline.<\/p>\n<p>This case example is a companion to the ICH E11A guideline and aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Illustrate the use of the pediatric extrapolation framework using a hypothetical case example<\/li>\n<li>Create a pediatric extrapolation concept using a question-based approach<\/li>\n<li>Create a pediatric extrapolation plan based on the need to fill specific gaps in knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The training materials are available for download on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ich.org\/page\/efficacy-guidelines#11-3\">ICH E11A EWG webpage<\/a> and in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ich.org\/page\/training-library\">ICH Training Library<\/a>.
