The M15 Guideline was finalised and published in January of this year.<\/p>\n<p>The ICH M15 Guideline covers general principles and good practices for the use of Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) and harmonises expectations regarding documentation standards, model development, data used in the analysis, and model assessment and its applications.<\/p>\n<p>The new module, produced by the M15 Expert Working Group, gives an overview of the Guideline, covering the key principles, objectives and scope as well as the key sections of the Guideline: the framework for assessment of MIDD evidence, model evaluation, and MIDD reporting and submission.<\/p>\n<p>Additional training materials will be developed to complement the Guideline and will include examples using the assessment table.<\/p>\n<p>&gt;&gt; You can find the ICH M15 Guideline and associated documents, including the new training module (&#8220;ICH M15 Step 4 Presentation&#8221;) <a href=\"https:\/\/ich.org\/page\/multidisciplinary-guidelines#15\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ICH has issued an overview training module for harmonised Guideline ICH M15: General Principles for Model-Informed Drug Development.
